Every result on this page comes from our HVAC work, for named clients whose websites you can visit. They are not plumbing, roofing, painting or landscaping results, and they don't come from social media alone. We show them because they prove the method behind everything we do: measure where enquiries come from, fix the weakest step, and repeat what works.

What transfers to a trades business
Some lessons apply to any home-service company, whatever the trade:
- Measure before you scale. HVACDeal.ca's 12:1 ROI is meaningful because the spend and the revenue were both tracked. The same discipline applies when you put money behind a Reel or a before-and-after carousel through paid social.
- Short timeframes are possible when the bottleneck is clear. BCWide.ca tripled leads in 90 days. For a trades business on social media, the bottleneck is often simpler, such as no consistent photos or unanswered messages.
- Reputation is cumulative. GasBoilers.ca's reviews and community coverage built on each other. A steady library of customer-approved before-and-afters works in a similar way: each one adds to the case for the next.
- Steady beats spiky. CanroHeat.ca's lead growth came from continuing work, not a single campaign. Posting two or three short videos a week for a year beats a burst of 30 in a month.
What doesn't transfer
It's just as important to say what these numbers don't tell you:
- They're not social-media benchmarks. They combine websites, search, ads and lead handling. Social media's direct contribution in those programs isn't something we report separately.
- HVAC demand is seasonal in its own way. Furnace and cooling seasons are sharper than demand for most renovation or landscaping work, and emergency calls are a bigger share.
- Job values differ. A furnace replacement, a sewer line repair and a fence stain have very different values and sales cycles. Your numbers must come from your own business.
How we'd measure your results
For a trades social media program, we track what you can verify:
- Capture rate: the share of suitable jobs that produced usable, consented photos or clips.
- Engagement that suggests intent: saves, shares, and messages asking about price or availability, rather than likes.
- Reply time: how quickly someone answered messages and comments.
- Enquiries attributed to social: what customers tell your office when asked how they found you.
- Revenue from those enquiries, where your job records allow it.
We report this monthly, in plain language. If something isn't working, we'll say so and suggest a change, which may include spending less with us.
A note on honesty in trades marketing
You'll see agencies quote average results across all clients, or present one exceptional result as typical. We don't. Every number here is a specific result for a named client. We also don't post customer quotes or star ratings on this site, beyond the GasBoilers.ca figure above, which is that client's own public Google rating.
Next steps
If you'd like to see how this method could apply to your trade, read about our services or the short video routine guide. Then call, text or email and bring your own numbers: average job value, close rate and busiest months. That's where a useful conversation starts.
Frequently asked questions
Do you have results for plumbers, roofers or painters?
Our published case studies are HVAC results, and we won't relabel them as anything else. When we build a measured track record in other trades, we'll publish it with the client's name and permission.
Were these results from social media?
They came from full marketing programs for heating and cooling companies, not from social media alone. We present them as evidence that our method of measuring and improving each step works, not as social media statistics.
Can you predict what I'll get?
No honest marketer can. We can show you the arithmetic for your job values and area, and report every month on enquiries, cost and what's changing.
